Blood Orange Vinaigrette

Delicious drizzled over fish or steamed vegetables.

  • 1/2 cup Blood Orange Olive Oil
  • 3 tablespoons sherry vinegar
  • 1 medium shallot, finely chopped
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper

Combine all ingredients in a jar or bowl.  Shake or whisk until combined.  Taste, and add more sherry vinegar or salt and pepper, if necessary.
